研究テーマ

糖鎖の機能解析と糖鎖異常による病気の発症機構の解析

最近、糖鎖の合成異常や欠損による様々な疾患が発見され、糖鎖が必須の役割を果たすことが明らかとなってきました。生化学研究室では、生化学的ならびに分子生物学的手法を用いて、糖鎖の機能解明に取り組んでいます。
