Kobe Pharmaceutical University celebrated its 90th anniversary in 2022, and has so far produced nearly 20,000 graduates who have been active in various fields of pharmacy and medicine.
The qualities of human resources sought by society are different in each era and in different environments, and we are now in a period of particularly rapid changes, which are dramatically changing the concept of these necessary human resources.
For this reason, our university is working to create an educational environment that cultivates the qualities needed for being active in society not only in the present but also the future.

In order that our students not only acquire advanced pharmaceutical knowledge but also improve their ability to set and meet new challenges in a changing society, we focus on developing the four fundamental abilities of taking initiative, taking action, identifying problems, and taking on problems that have no definite answers. We have also developed a new educational curriculum, opened a new educational building, and established a high-speed Wi-Fi network that covers the entire campus.
We make efforts to reach out to each and every student and achieve continuous, independent learning through an online environment that allows us to conduct education regardless of when or where, using cutting-edge Information and Communication Technology, the physical place of Kobe Pharmaceutical University, and the community formed by our faculty and staff and our enrolled students working together.

Kobe Pharmaceutical University further promotes university education on a foundation of accomplishing both education and research together, which is our University Philosophy, and fosters human resources who can become leaders and innovate in the fields of pharmacy and medicine.
