MD-Fraction（日・米・中・EUの特許取得）が
アメリカ国防総省 [United States Department of Defense]および
国立衛生研究所 [National Institutes of Health (NIH)] のサポートにより、
Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC)
で人癌治療臨床試験に用いられ、その経過結果は2008年5月のアメリカ腫瘍学会でMSKCCによって発表されています。
最近、日本および海外において
(1) マイタケの研究を共同でおこなった。
(2) 微生物化学研究室のスタッフであった。
(3) この論文作製研究は自分もおこなった。
等々の理由をつけ、 無断で我々の論文を使用したり、インターネット上でこれらの事を記述している者、会社があります。
我々は、マイタケ薬効の研究を独自で行い、サンプル提供、あるいは我々の特許使用を認めた会社以外とは何ら関わりはありませんので御留意下さい。
最近各社のホームページや宣伝に神戸薬科大学や難波教授の名が無許可で使われています。 また、元助手や共同研究者と無断で名乗ってセミナーを行ったり、商品の販売をしている人がいますが、我々は全く関わっておりません。充分お気をつけ下さい。
なお、我々が開発した日・米・中・EUの特許によって作られた日本の企業の製品（TEL: 0120-69-4466）はその効果を発現することを確認しています。
We have been studying "the biological and medicinal activity of β-glucan, especially the enhancement of immune-competent cells for tumor growth inhibition" for the past 20 years. We developed a specific β-glucan from an edible mushroom, Maitake (Grifola frondosa) and we named it "Maitake D-Fraction" as a generic academic term in the year of 1987 (not as a commercial name) which material indicated the activation of immune-system for inhibitions of cancer growth and metastasis.
(I) Main studies
(1) Activation of immune-competent cells by β-glucan, "Maitake D-Fraction" obtained from Maitake (Grifola frondosa) mushroom
(2) Anti-tumor and anti-metastatic activities of "Maitake D-Fraction"
(3) Clinical trials for cancer patients with "Maitake D-Fraction" which was purified in our laboratory.

Recently,many products found on the internet that use either the term MD-Fraction or other similar term. However, please be aware that I maintain the official coalition relationship with only two Japanese companies, and the products by these two are strictly manufactured from Maitake mushroom only through the specific extracting process that was invented by us and has been officially patented in Japan, USA, China and E.U. Nations. I have no other relationship with any other company.
